    • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments.

  3. Shipping & Delivery

    • Orders above 2000 EGP qualify for free delivery within Egypt.

    • Standard delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on location.

  4. Returns & Refunds

    • Customers can return or exchange products within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

    • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless faulty.

  5. Warranty

    • All Conilie Home products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

    • Conilie Home is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper care, or third-party handling after delivery.
