1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Pillows, mattress toppers, duvets, and bedding sets that have been opened or used.

Customized or made-to-order products.
3. Exchange Policy

You may exchange your product for another size, color, or item of equal value.

If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

If it is of lower value, the difference will be refunded as store credit.
4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer.
5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
