At Conilie Home, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Customized or made-to-order items.

    • Used bedding products (mattresses, pillows, toppers, sheets) for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

  3. Refunds

    • Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for purchase.

    • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4. Defective or Wrong Item

    • If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the full return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund.
